Travis Gore Website
What do you do when you're done practicing and you can't go to Benaroya Hall and play concerts because of Covid? You build an awesome web site of course!
Travis Gore has traveled all around the world with his upright bass, surfing the simultaneous waves of teaching, performing at the highest level, and recording on a variety of projects - from orchestral works to rock to improvised music. Since 2007, Gore has held a position with the Seattle Symphony and currently maintains a private studio of students in South Seattle. He remains an active studio musician and can be heard on major film and game soundtracks such as Men Who Stare at Goats, Valkyrie, Halo, Dragon Age and more. He has recorded with many recording artists like Bryan John Appleby, Hey Marseilles, Wall of Ears and composes his own music as Feeds On Majesty. When not performing with the Symphony or other collaborations, Travis can be found surfing the PNW Coast, improvising songs and silly- dancing with his children, and giving recitals and masterclasses at music schools locally and around the country.
