Seattle Chamber Players Play Icebreaker V

The Seattle Chamber Players, whose members consist of three Seattle Symphony musicians: violinist Mikhail Shmidt, cellist David Sabee, clarinetist Laura DeLuca; with flutist Paul Taub (Cornish College of the Arts faculty) and artistic advisor Elena Dubinets (Seattle Symphony Director of Artistic Administration), will play four great concerts in three days during their Icebreaker Festival V: Love and War.

The three-day festival, February 26-28th, includes seminars and nightly performances and is peppered with a cast of international composers: Yannis Kyriakides, Michiel Mensingh, Alfredo Casella, Franco Donatoni, Salvatore Sciarrino, Lucio Gregoretti, György Kurtág, Virko Baley, Igor Kefalidis, Yevgeniy Sharlat, Alexander Wustin, Peter Bruun, Steingrimur Rohloff, Anders Brødsgaard; and artists Tomoko Mukaiyama, Xenia Ensemble, Ivan Sokolov and FIGURA Ensemble.
