Ben Hausmann - Oboe - Principal

Seattle Symphony Principal Oboe Ben Hausmann served as Principal Keyboardist of the Hilton Head Orchestra, and has been Principal Oboe of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, L'orchestre symphonique de Québec and Savannah Symphony.

Hausmann studied at The Juilliard School, Michigan State University and the Aspen Music Festival, where he performed Richard Strauss' Oboe Concerto with the Aspen Music Festival Sinfonia.

An active composer, his works have been premiered and recorded by Seattle Symphony and Michigan State University Symphony Orchestras.
